Mr. Tharchen, a former Member of Parliament and Executive Director of the Center for Local Governance and Research, is the promoter of the YT Nursing Academy in Bumthang, Central Bhutan. With a Master's degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, and Management from Naresuan University Thailand, he is committed to advancing healthcare education and empowering the next generation of nursing professionals. The academy aims to provide comprehensive, competency-based education rooted in compassion, ethical practice, and community service.
